Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using the plutoguy.net hosting panel. By requesting access, creating an account, or using the panel, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

1. What This Service Is

The plutoguy.net panel is a self-hosted game server management interface operated by the site administrator ("Admin"). It allows authorised users ("Users") to start, stop, configure, and monitor game servers (primarily Minecraft-based) that run on hardware owned and operated by the Admin. This is a private, invitation-based service — there is no public offering, and access is granted entirely at the Admin's discretion.

2. Account Registration and Access

Access to the panel is granted through one of two methods:

The Admin creates an account on your behalf and provides you with credentials.
You submit a signup request via the panel's self-registration page. This creates a pending account that must be reviewed and approved by the Admin before you can log in. Submitting a request does not guarantee access.

You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential. You must not share your username or password with anyone else. If you believe your account has been compromised, notify the Admin immediately.

Each account is personal and non-transferable. Creating multiple accounts is not permitted without explicit Admin approval.

3. Scope of Access

Your account grants access only to the specific game servers the Admin assigns to you. You must not attempt to access, view, or modify servers that have not been assigned to your account. Any attempt to circumvent the panel's access controls — including but not limited to exploiting API endpoints, manipulating WebSocket events, or using another user's credentials — is a serious violation of these Terms and may result in immediate account termination.

4. Acceptable Use

When using the panel and any servers assigned to your account, you agree to:

Use the service only for its intended purpose — managing the specific game servers allocated to you.
Not run software on the server hardware that is unrelated to the game server assigned to you.
Not host or distribute content that is illegal, infringing, harmful, or offensive.
Not intentionally disrupt, crash, or degrade the performance of any server or the host hardware.
Not attempt to gain operating system–level access beyond what the panel provides.
Not use the service to conduct denial-of-service attacks, spam, or other malicious activity.
Not upload or execute files (including plugin JARs) that contain malware or unauthorised code.
Comply with the End User License Agreements of any game software (e.g. Minecraft EULA).

The Admin reserves the right to inspect any content on assigned servers to ensure compliance with these Terms.

5. Admin Rights and Service Changes

The Admin may, at any time and without prior notice:

Suspend or permanently terminate any user account for violations of these Terms or for any other reason.
Modify the servers assigned to your account.
Take a server offline for maintenance, updates, or resource management.
Change, update, or discontinue any part of the panel or the hosting service.
Amend these Terms — continued use of the service after an update constitutes acceptance.

6. Data and Content Responsibility

Any game world data, configuration files, plugins, or other content you place on an assigned server remains your responsibility. The Admin makes no guarantee of data durability, backup availability, or disaster recovery. You are strongly encouraged to maintain your own backups of any data you care about.

The Admin is not responsible for data loss resulting from hardware failure, accidental deletion, software bugs, or discontinuation of the service.

7. No Warranties

This service is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind, express or implied. The Admin makes no representations regarding uptime, performance, security, or fitness for any particular purpose. The service may be unavailable at any time for any reason.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Admin shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the panel or the hosting service, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of revenue, or service interruption, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Admin resides, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the parties.
